Lately I had a problem and it’s really bothering me
what’s happening is simple when I ate anything related to bread specially Arabic , beans , and nuts stuff I feel really bad in my stomach every thing changes some time even my mood .. so I did allot of tests , asking and do my homework In SEARCh deep , so what I found a Research for a man called Dr.Peter with Cool useful Blog for him , the research is about Blood type and best food for each group of blood, well I’m still not really convinced it’s the reason , cuz I started feeling such thing only lately , and as mom say NO you felt like this long time ago but U didn’t care ,
My Blood Type is O- (Negative) and am almost a regular donator each 4-6 month at max : )

The concept to “Eat Right For Your Type” - or “Blood Type Diet ” is based on research conducted
by Peter D’Adamo, ND, who claims that people fare better (including with weight management) when
tailoring their diet to their specific blood types. He advises:
Type A types
should basically stick to fruits and vegetables (high carbs / low fat).
They have thicker blood than other blood types, a sensitive immune system,
and should not consume dairy products, animal fats and meats. They are at
a heightened risk for cardiovascular disease, diabetes and cancer.
Type B types
should consume a balanced diet (fruits and vegetables, grains, fish, dairy, meat,
but avoid chicken). They have the best chance of bypassing or overcoming
everyday types of diseasourceses, including heart disease and cancer.
Type AB types
should consume a mostly vegetarian diet, and only on rare occasions some
fish, meat (no chicken), and dairy.
Type O types
should basically stick to a high protein diet (including red meat), low carbs, and
enriched with fruits and vegetables. They should limit the intake of wheat germ,
whole wheat products, corn, and avoid dairy products and most nuts.
Type O types are commonly affected with hypothyroidism, high stomach acid
(leading to ulcers), and thinner blood with greater resistance to blood clotting.

خطوات ما قبل السفر
تأكد من الأوراق اللازمة للسفر (جواز السفر , تصريح …. ألخ ) و خاصة ان كنت تسافر ب حافلة مع 44 شخص غيرك
يعني : لما ضلينا ملطوعين على الحدود من 10-1.30 ساعة و نص زحمة حدود و الباقي مشان تنين معن تصاريح سفر و أوراق ناقصة و ممنوع يدخلو و مدري شو , مدري شو قصتن المهم شغلة اوراق , وانا المفروض كون بشام على 12.30 .. ااااااااااااااخ بس
ثانيا:
تأكد من اسعار صرف العملات بنسبة لعملة بلدك او للعملات العالمية متل اليورو و الدولار , حتى لا تحرج نفسك !!
يعني :
يلي صار انه المجموعة ما غيرها , في احد الإستراحات عم تصرف دينار اردني لدينار سوري , صرفت ال 50 دينار ب 3100 ليرة سورية يعني الدينار 62 ليرة سورية , البنت صرخت نوعا ما و عصبت و قالت عنهم نصابين و انه مش معاول هيك يعني انا “كنت” اصرف ال 100 الدينار ب 7000 ليرة(طبعا اخر مرة كان الدينار 70 شي من 7 اشهر ) هلأ بعطيني 3.1 يعني 6.2 ,يعني شو هاد ايه استغلال و حرامية … مع انه سعر الصرف بنسبة للبنك هوة 63 ليرة يعني الزملة ما ضحك عليها ولا شي بس هي مالها عرفانة شي مفكرة انه العملة بضلها ثابتة , و معروف الإستراحات بعطو سعر اقل ب ليرة عن البنك , و الحلو بالموضوع انه المجموعة كلها حاسبة حساب ال 100 دينار 7000 ليرة وهي فعلا بهداك اليوم 6200…
