WAllahi I was deeply thinking of this today! I wish.. My sleep is being affected lately.. I was never like that..

In the west…they use weed and alcohol, lots of alcohol, to achieve what you are wishing for….as sad as it may sound, but so far..these technics are very effecient and do the job.
