Wordpress 2.5RC2 + K2 Theme RC5
I never found better then K2 theme for Worpress its So dam cool one , It give u almost unlimited features when ever u want more it gives you more 
A little conflict happen when i did upgrade to WP 2.5 RC2 , every thing work fine , unless the Dashboard page

Reason is something related widgets
How to fix it?
You can go to your theme folder
(wp-content/themes/k2/) and find app/includes/widgets-removal.php
Add the following right under the remove_action:
if( is_admin() ){
global $pagenow;
if( $pagenow == ‘index.php’ )
wp_maybe_load_widgets();
}
It worked fine with me ,except one widget ..but its work fine and every thing cool so far

And as I know about K2 theme ,they are working on the latest version and they fix this conflict with WP 2.5 RC2 , the version RC5 seems still underdevelopment but u can get it from Google code

It’s unlucky you upgraded to RC2 on the same day the official final release came out. I just upgraded to Wordpress 2.5 Full official release yesterday, and also upgraded all my plugins to the latest version. Took over 2 hours to do, but the automatic upgrade helped. The plugins now have their own auto-upgrade system too just like firefox. Some features I couldn’t make use of though due to my old theme!
