lool , just though yesterday I tried to type something well I felt like I had to so what happen the pen didt help me : ( , yeah there’s something wrong , if I didnt feel ok with the pen or the pencil , I cant write well even to sing a check or receipt, and if the pen was good , it’s gr8 I type more than i want : D like to type by penciel more than pens

Lately I had a problem and it’s really bothering me
what’s happening is simple when I ate anything related to bread specially Arabic , beans , and nuts stuff I feel really bad in my stomach every thing changes some time even my mood .. so I did allot of tests , asking and do my homework In SEARCh deep , so what I found a Research for a man called Dr.Peter with Cool useful Blog for him , the research is about Blood type and best food for each group of blood, well I’m still not really convinced it’s the reason , cuz I started feeling such thing only lately , and as mom say NO you felt like this long time ago but U didn’t care ,
My Blood Type is O- (Negative) and am almost a regular donator each 4-6 month at max : )

The concept to “Eat Right For Your Type” - or “Blood Type Diet ” is based on research conducted
by Peter D’Adamo, ND, who claims that people fare better (including with weight management) when
tailoring their diet to their specific blood types. He advises:
Type A types
should basically stick to fruits and vegetables (high carbs / low fat).
They have thicker blood than other blood types, a sensitive immune system,
and should not consume dairy products, animal fats and meats. They are at
a heightened risk for cardiovascular disease, diabetes and cancer.
Type B types
should consume a balanced diet (fruits and vegetables, grains, fish, dairy, meat,
but avoid chicken). They have the best chance of bypassing or overcoming
everyday types of diseasourceses, including heart disease and cancer.
Type AB types
should consume a mostly vegetarian diet, and only on rare occasions some
fish, meat (no chicken), and dairy.
Type O types
should basically stick to a high protein diet (including red meat), low carbs, and
enriched with fruits and vegetables. They should limit the intake of wheat germ,
whole wheat products, corn, and avoid dairy products and most nuts.
Type O types are commonly affected with hypothyroidism, high stomach acid
(leading to ulcers), and thinner blood with greater resistance to blood clotting.
what is the problem in Amman downtown small and messy , it easy drowning flooding what ever the right word , the street like a river i realy can hear Purl , and even if you are in the walkside you get Rain from the sky and another shower from cars over the street

i dont know it’s just something Running inside me , stress may be , work kind of , but not that much … never be like that before ,
thinking thinking thinking thinking offfffffff its just like !@%#$%#%^$#%^ inside it still handle it in some or other way , but am afraid that things really get out of control and it’s going to be a BIG MESS …
غدت كلفت عطلة عيد الأضحى المبارك طوال الأسبوع الماضي، التي شملت 6 أيام عمل رسمية لمختلف القطاعات، 180 مليون دينار على الاقتصاد الوطني بحسب تقديرات خبراء اقتصاديين.
وفي الأثناء، قدر اقتصاديون مجموع أيام العطلة للموظفين بنحو 4.5 شهر سنوياً أو ما يعادل 139 يوماً، من بينها أيام الجمع والسبت من كل أسبوع، والإجازات السنوية والمرضية والاعياد الدينية والرسمية للموظف في القطاعين العام والخاص، إذ تصل مجموع أيام العطل أيام الجمع والسبت إلى 104 أيام، إلى جانب 21 يوماً عطل رسمية ودينية، و14 يوماً الإجازات السنوية لكل موظف.
والله يا عمي بالأردن الشعب مرتاح و ما بعرف ليه الكل بيشكي التعب و القلة .
بس بعد ما قرأت هاد المقال بجريدة الغد عرفت ليش طلع السبب بسيط انته بتشتغل فعليا 5 اشهر مشان تصرف على حالك 12 شهر …. مشان هيك مو موفية معهم بالمرة واكتر فقرة عجبتني

والله ما بعرف فكركم اذا قللو العطلة الناس بتتحمل تشتغل ؟ عم يشتغلو 5-6 اشهر بالسنة و دائما تعبانين ف ذا اشتغلو 10 شو بصير فيهم ؟ … بعين الله بس احصائية و دراسة بتخوف و بتدل اديش نحنا منفهم بالإقتصاد ….
